WE decided to establish a training center for individuals with special needs in the world of hospitality and tourism which we call the ‘MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy’ which is the only one in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are very proud to be a training center in the field of hospitality for individuals with special needs in the ‘high function’ category through an ‘assessment’ process first by placing equal emphasis on the success of their abilities and providing opportunities for them to not only practice working theoretically but also given the opportunity to practice at our partner hotels as well as provide a nationally certified graduation certificate.

MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy was built on a commitment to provide opportunities for individuals with special needs to make a significant contribution to social life in their own way so that everyone feels empowered, effective and inspired.

We believe that our job as educators is to foster a love of learning and help individuals with special needs to become proactive participants in the daily life of the training center and their life journey. We are honored to be an important part of the individuals with special needs who participate in the academic life of this training; but perhaps more importantly, we take pride in encouraging individuals with special needs who participate in this training to be able to explore their abilities and value themselves and how they learn.
